Unsatisfactory income level is a common youth problem among economies. The Resolution Foundation concluded two reasons for the lack of high-quality career opportunities: 1) flexible employment and 2) increased competition under existing industrial structure. The HK Government may take initiative in equipping young workers and refining employment policies.
