Job Description
About the Role:
- Provide professional project management and lead community and youth innovation projects in collaboration with cross-sector project partners from creation to implementation in response to the needs of communities and youth
- Take up project management responsibilities including project approach formulation, scoping, implementation planning, budgeting, co-creation design, as well as partner and stakeholder engagement
- Produce high-quality deliverables, such as presentations, project content, and closure events to articulate and illustrate insights and recommendations of youth projects
- Build and maintain relationships and instil confidence in project partners and stakeholders, e.g., government departments, political parties, professional institutes, schools, NGO collaborators and youth groups
- Identify new partnership opportunities and develop innovative forms of collaboration to tackle youth issues in the social and public sectors of Hong Kong
- Able to disseminate MWYO’s objectives
- Take up ad-hoc projects as required
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree with minimum 3 years of working experiences, preferably with project management experiences. Applicants with more relevant experiences may be considered the offer of an Assistant Manager position
- Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple work priorities, attention-to-detail skills, and outstanding organisational skills
- A motivated, enthusiastic and effective team player with the ability to take initiatives in a dynamic and collaborative research-project-based environment
- With excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrate the ability to professionally engage with stakeholders of diverse backgrounds and interests
