According to the survey released by MWYO in April, students found choosing a career quite difficult owing to insufficient or inconsistent information, and insufficient preparation. It was subsequently proposed that more work experience opportunities should be made available to students. Furthermore, we believe that different sectors should work together to help SMEs overcome obstacles in offering internship programmes.
