Starting from the academic year 18/19, every high school in Scotland would partner with at least one business corporation to promote career planning at schools. Businesses would advise on students' subject choices, provide job shadowing opportunities and conduct job skills sharing talks. It is believed that the partnership would bring in in a more in-depth career education for students, as well as an early opportunity for businesses to mentor and recruit talents.
