According to the audit report on the Vocational Training Council, only 13% of guests of the training hotel completed the opinion surveys, and 15% of the employers returned the graduate questionnaires.  The unsatisfactory responses cannot facilitate the evaluation of students’ performance, not to mention enhancing their quality.
