In its consultation document released in late May, the Task Force on Promotion of Vocational and Professional Education and Training suggested engaging more industry partners to promote work experience programmes. Stakeholders should first identify the existing problems of these programmes, and work together to improve their functions.  This would enable adolescents to plan their career development more effectively with more hands-on work experience.
