(i) make modifications, additions, deletions to or make derivative works of, or

(ii) reproduce, distribute, resell, sublicense, any part or the whole of the app.

I shall be liable to any loss or damage caused by the above events to myself or any users of the app.

Installation Instruction

1. Tap "Accept & Download" after reading the terms.

2. Tap "Download" to start downloading file.

3. Pull-down the status bar and check the download progress.

4. Note: Please ensure your device allows installation from "Unknown Sources".

5. Tap "Next" to start installation.

6. Installation completed and tap "Open" to use the app.

We are committed to ensuring that all personal data are handled in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance.

When you use “Career and Life Planning: Know Yourself!”, we automatically receive and record demographic analytical information on our server logs from your mobile platform, including your coarse location, device OS version and app usage. Such general information is collected to help us improve the App.

We will not share your information with any third party without your consent, unless in the circumstance of complying with laws or responding to lawful requests and legal processes.

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information in an effort to prevent loss, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction. Please be aware, however, that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable and no method of data transmission can be guaranteed against any interception or other types of misuse.
